Booking Policies

please read before booking, by booking with me, you agree to everything below

Located in Aurora, Colorado, 80011 (home-based, full address will be sent once booking has been confirmed)

Returning clients, no deposit is required, just a card on file

New clients a $20 non-refundable deposit is required & card on file (goes towards your total)

A minimum of 48 hours is required for rescheduling or cancellations (deposit is non-refundable)

There’s a 15 minute grace period after that the appointment will be canceled, inform me if you’re running late.

Payment options are only cash. Cash is preferred at GaterClaws. Please bring the exact amount.

Refunds will not be issued. If unsatisfied with your service, please mention during our appointment. Free fixes on my end will be available up to a week after our appointment.

No extra guests are allowed. My space is very limited.

Please park in front of my house, not in my driveway.

Please don’t ring my doorbell, message me once you arrive and I will be there shortly.

If feeling sick, do now show up, we can either discuss rescheduling or cancellation.
